Jason L. Callaway is an associate with the firm. He graduated summa cum laude from Oklahoma State University with degrees in English and History, and he has a Master's degree in Sociolinguistics from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Following time spent working for one of Tulsa's largest medical facilities, Mr. Callaway attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law. There he earned numerous awards, including the Order of the Coif and American Jurisprudence Awards in such varied areas as Bankruptcy, Corporations, Legal Research and Writing, and Wills and Trusts. Mr. Callaway was Managing Editor of the Oklahoma Law Review, and his article on cost-shifting was published by the law review in 2014.
Following his graduation in 2014, Mr. Callaway clerked for the Honorable Claire V. Eagan, District Judge for the Northern District of Oklahoma. He joined the Firm in 2015, and his practice focuses primarily on general civil litigation, commercial litigation, and insurance defense. He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Oklahoma.
