
Since his admission in 2006, Trevor’s litigation and trial practice is focused on personal injury defense (emphasis upon oilfield, premises liability, and transportation), general oilfield, construction, products liability, and business disputes. Trevor has tried multiple contractor/builder matters to jury verdict, along with bench trial successes. His clients have received favorable business-dispute verdicts, won a loss-of-well drilling verdict, trucking defense verdicts, and many others.
Trevor’s first chair trial experience spans from Oklahoma County (and the Western District of Oklahoma), northward to Major/Washington Counties, and back home to Tulsa. He is admitted to practice in all federal and state courts in Oklahoma, the United States Court of Appeals (Tenth Circuit), multiple tribal courts, along with Arkansas and the Western District of Arkansas.
Trevor is A-V rated (Preeminent) by his peers through Martindale-Hubbell. He is likewise a “Super Lawyer” through Thomson Reuters. Trevor has authored numerous articles and presented at continuing legal education seminars on the subjects of construction litigation, oilfield (anti) indemnity, deposing doctors and expert witnesses, “tort reform,” and expert discovery standards.He has served Tulsa through multiple nonprofit board and committee positions.
